Most judicial questions directed to the Sheriff's Department actually are better handled by the Superior Court.  Please consult their website if you have questions about civil, criminal or traffic appearances, or case inquiries.  The Sheriff's Departments involvement is primarily in service of the court's process and enforcement of warrants.
