Criminal Registrations
The Licensing Division serves as the registration center for those
required by law to meet certain criminal registration requirements:
▪ PC 290 - Sex Offender Registration Lifetime Registration &
Annual Update
▪ PC 457.1 - Arsonist Registration – Lifetime Registration
▪ H&S 11590 – Narcotic Offender Registration – Terminates 5 years after
probation/parole has ended
▪ PC 186.30 – Gang Member Registration - Terminates 5 years after last
imposition of registration
