CHAVEZ
was captured 9-23-2003 by members of the San Diego Police Department in the Nestor are of
San Diego.
CHAVEZ
has been stalking his ex-wife. He has allegedly burned her vehicle,
vandalized her co-workers cars (broke windows, sugar in gas tank), stalked
her at work and the trolley, and threw a knife at her from one moving
vehicle to another. He has an
active felony warrant for stalking, brandishing a dangerous weapon, making
death threats and child endangerment.
