FERGUSON
was arrested by Sheriff's fugitive investigators along with support of additional deputies and ASTREA on September 10, 2003
in the city of San Diego. Multiple separate tips were received by our
10 Most Wanted which led to FERGUSON's capture. FERGUSON surrendered
without incident, likely due to the substantial resources in place prior
to and during this arrest. Incident to this arrest, a vehicle he was
driving was searched, and a quantity of alleged child pornography was located and
seized. He is also in violation of 290 PC, and is facing two years state
prison on probation violations.
FERGUSON
has four outstanding arrest warrants for resisting officers with force,
possession of stolen property and molesting a minor (647.6(a)PC) . FERGUSON
knows he is wanted and is on the run. During a previous arrest, FERGUSON
actually dove through a second floor window and ran from Sheriff's
deputies.
