On March 5, 2004, HOOPER
was arrested in Santee by Investigator Dayrit in the early morning hours
while asleep in bed.
HOOPER has history of
possession of drugs, furnishing place for unlawful distribution of
controlled substance, dissuading or preventing witness or victim form
testifying, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
Last known address was on
Collinwood Dr., Santee, mother-in-law's home, sleeping in motor home
parked on street next to house. Her
husband and their children live in house with his mother.
