On January 5, 2004, AGUILAR was captured in
Chula Vista by members of by Deputy Walker's investigative team.
While contacting a female at the front door of a home, AGUILAR attempted
to flea out a back door and was captured.
AGUILAR is wanted for an
escape from the Descanso Detention Facility. He is still believed to be in the Chula Vista area.
He was serving time for sales of narcotics.
