On 05-29-04, members of San Diego Sheriffs
Department and the Violent Crimes Task Force were able to track down DULAY.
He was living in Reno, Nevada. The lead was passed to a team of Detectives
with the Reno Police Department. They quickly responded, and arrested DULAY
in an apartment building in Reno without incident.
Epifanio DULAY
is wanted as a suspect in a stabbing that took place in Lakeside, CA on 5-10-03.
A Felony Arrest
Warrant was issued on 07-03-03 for DULAY
out of the El Cajon Courthouse. DULAY
is wanted on an attempt murder and assault with a deadly weapon charges.
Bail is set at $250,000 on the warrant.
DULAY is known to
frequent the Linda Vista area of San Diego.
