FALCON was
captured on Friday November 26, 2004 at a transient's camp during a sweep
of the San Diego riverbed near Mission Valley by members of San Diego
Police Department and California Highway Patrol.
FALCON has made
bomb threats to San Diego County courthouses and the Coronado Police
Department and additional threats of bodily harm to specific persons and
Police Officers. He was last
contacted at 6000 Mission Avenue in San Diego in 8/04.
Falcon is likely to be
transient and is known to travel to San Ysidro to visit family and
frequents the downtown San Diego and Mission Valley areas.
FALCON uses Buses and the Trolley for transportation.
