Warrant: CN195907, issued 6-14-2005, 664-187PC-Attempted Murder, Premeditated, By Use of Firearm, Conspiracy, Bail: $250,000

CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS

LOPEZ and GOMEZ are wanted for the attempted murder of a San Marcos resident.  On December 18, 2004, the victim was lured out of his residence by two assailants and taken to Tijuana Mexico where he was shot several times in the face and upper torso by both suspects.  The victim survived the gunshots. There are no current addresses for the suspects but they are both known to have ties to Oceanside and San Marcos areas of North County as well as Mexico.
