SHERROD was captured by San Diego Police Department in La Jolla California on November 5, 2005.


Shane David SHERROD has 2 active felony warrants for burglary and grand theft.  These warrants are related to criminal theft cases that occurred in San Diego in 2001 and 2003.  Sherrod was convicted in these cases and has since violated his probation.  Sherrod has other prior arrests and convictions in California for theft related offenses.  Sherrod may be employed in computer programming or repairs.  

Sherrod was arrested in September 2001 for a burglary and grand theft that occurred in the 12300 block of Carmel Mountain Road, in San Diego.  Sherrod was also arrested in September 2003 for grand theft, using a computer for theft, and conducting a mock auction in the 7300 block of Opportunity Road, in San Diego.  Sherrod was convicted in both cases and has since violated his probation.  Sherrod has other prior arrests and convictions in California for theft related offenses.  Sherrod is familiar in computer programming and repair.  He may be working on computers for a company or be self employed.
