CONSIDER
ARMED AND DANGEROUS

MUNOZ was captured in Tijuana, Baja California by Mexican
authorities on August 20, 2006 and deported to California
later that same day. After Interview by detectives from the
Fugitive Task Force,
MUNOZ was booked into San Diego Detention Facility. MORALES
is still outstanding.
George
MUNOZ along with Joe MORALES and Mark ESTRADA escaped
from the Sheriff’s George Bailey Detention Facility in Otay Mesa on
Saturday April 22, 2006. Mark ESTRADA was arrested shortly after the
escape, but MORALES and MUNOZ
are still loose. They
could be armed and they are dangerous.
