The
suspect, Julio
ROMERO, approached
a sixteen-year-old
female and fondled the victim even after the female tried to protect
herself. Other inappropriate acts have been reported going back
years.
ROMERO had been
living in Ramona, CA for a substantial time but has since sold his
vehicle and left the community.
