carjacking that involved Robbery, Kidnapping and Auto Theft. Bail

SAIBU
has lived in the City of San Diego and East County. He still has family
in El Cajon. His whereabouts are unknown.
SAIBU might be employed as an
electrician or working in construction. Saibu
has completed some union apprenticeship work in the electrician field
