PERSONA is wanted on multiple counts of child molestation and rape by force. The sexual
assaults occurred between 1991 and 1997 in San Diego and Tecate. His victims were known females between the ages of 10 and 16 years old.
In March of 1997 a 1 million dollar arrest warrant was issued for Persona’s arrest. During the time
of the molestation PERSONA was working as a school teacher in the San Ysidro School District. He has family in San Diego and Mexico but
could be living anywhere. His current whereabouts are unknown.
PERSONA has strong family ties to San Diego and could be traveling back and forth to San
Diego from Mexico or another state.
